This policy explains what data is processed, why it is processed and how you can exercise your rights.
Updated: 10 August 2026Plage Paradise Location is the controller for personal data processed to operate the website, answer enquiries and manage rentals.
Depending on how you use the service, data may include your name, contact details, stay dates, handover and collection location, requested equipment, the content of your communications and, when a handover form is signed, the signer name and signature.
When online payment is enabled, customers enter payment details directly in the Stripe-hosted interface. Plage Paradise Location does not receive the full card number. Stripe processes the data required for payment, fraud prevention, invoicing and refunds.
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare and perform rentals, organise handover and collection, provide customer support, comply with accounting and tax duties, prevent abuse and improve the service.
Depending on the processing, the legal basis is contract performance, a legal obligation, legitimate interests or your consent.
With your consent, the website may use Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and understand in aggregate how visitors use its pages. Clarity may process technical information and browsing interactions required for analytics and session recordings.
Clarity is loaded only after your choice when a project ID is configured. You can reject audience-measurement cookies as easily as you accept them and change your choice later from the footer.
Only storage strictly necessary for the website is used without consent. Optional audience-measurement tools remain disabled until you accept them.
Your consent preference is stored locally so the website does not ask again on every page. You can change it at any time.
Data is accessible to Plage Paradise Location and, when necessary, technical providers acting for hosting, communication, payment, invoicing or audience measurement. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Stripe is used for payment, invoicing and technical storage of the handover signature when those features are enabled. Google Calendar can be used to organize handovers and collections. Microsoft acts as the provider of Microsoft Clarity when that tool is enabled with consent.
Accounting-related data is retained for the applicable statutory periods. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only for a proportionate follow-up period. Audience data and cookies are limited to the retention periods configured in the relevant service and required by applicable rules.
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object where applicable, request portability where the conditions are met and withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact Plage Paradise Location using the email address shown on the website. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Plage Paradise Location applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss or alteration of data.
This policy is updated when processing activities or providers change. It must in particular be reviewed when online payments, automated invoicing or new management tools are enabled.
